How a butterfly is formed

Would you like to know how a butterfly is formed? I will provide you with lot of information as to how theses beautiful creatures are  formed.

A butterfly starts  its life as a round, oval cylindrical egg. The shape of the egg depends on the type of a butterfly it is. The butterfly lays its eggs underneath a leaf so they don't get eaten by a predator.

The butterfly chooses a particular leaf to lay its egg on. It chooses a leaf that the caterpillar can eat so that is can form into a chrysalis. If the butterfly chooses the wrong leaf the caterpillar won't be able to eat because of the leaf that the butterfly has choosen, so the caterpillar will die because of the leaf type.

It'll take up to 10-14 days before the caterpillar hatches. When the egg hatches, the caterpillar will start  working and eat the leaf they were born on. This is really important because the mother butterfly needs to lay her eggs on the type of leaf the caterpillar will eat, each caterpillar type likes only certain types of leaves. Since they are tiny and can not travel to a new plant, the caterpillar needs to eat the leaf that it was born on so it can stay alive.

When the caterpillar eats enough leafs it will begin getting fat and fat, once it get to a stage where the caterpillar is really fat and healthy it will curl up and after a few days later it will turn into a chrysalis. After a while the caterpillar will emerge as a butterfly.

when the caterpillar changes into a butterfly the process is called metamorphosis. Before the butterfly can fly it has to pump blood into its wings because when the butterfly emerges from the chrysalis it’s wings are flat against its body.

Next it will find a mate and lay eggs and the cycle will start all over again. I trust that I have given you lots of information as to how a butterfly is formed.

Leilahs persuasive writing.

In my opinion it is important to respect others during break time
I will provide you with many reasons as to why it is important to be respectful during break time.

By being respectful we should use our school values. Our values at KPC are Integrity, Confidence and Excellence. Integrity means to be able to tell the truth and be honest. Confidence means to have faith in yourself, and Excellence means giving off your best. Following KPC values means being true to our school. Values at KPC help us to be better role models and human beings. Our school values help us to make responsible choices even when we leave school.

If you don't be respectful during break times it will set a bad example to the juniors. Here are 3 reasons why we should be respectful  during break time. Firstly if we do not be responsible and respectful during break time it will become a bad habit for our school and the students. Secondly we should be respectful and responsible during break time because it shows that we are a respectful school.  Thirdly  if we don't be respectful it will show that our school learners are ill mannered.

If  you make poor choices such as bullying, fighting and swearing you could get stood down. Only a fool would want to get stood down. When you get stood down you will get sent home and you will be missing out on learning time. If you are bullying, you are  hurting other learner’s feelings . A sensible idea  is to be respectful, and kind. If you make responsible choices you will be respected by other learners and the teachers. Other learners will look up to you as a leader and a positive role model.

By staying respectful and responsible that could lead you to start your own business, you could be the big boss . Hurting others is not nice by calling them names, pushing them around  could lead  them to self harm, thinking to themselves that they are nothing, running away from home and also committing suicide, By bullying not being nice to others it could lead to all of the above that I have just stated. If you think that you could just go and bully someone, hurt someone and you think it's funny and cool well it's not funny or cool. You have no rights to do that to a human being. Would you like it if someone called you names. or started pushing you for no reason and also calling people names .You have no rights to do that especially if that person didn't do anything bad or was nice to you.
Being Respectful  is important to show respect towards yourself in order to be happy. Respect towards yourself is another way  to be honest with yourself,  and stand up for what you believe in. If you treat people with kindness, they will be kind back. One way to show respect towards other people is to treat others the way you would want to be treated. If we respect our classroom environment, it will make learning fun for everyone.

I trust that I have given you many reasons beyond doubt  as to why it is important to not bully and be respectful during break time.
