persectives...

Perspectives:

Police: In my perspective as a police officer I would recommend not legalising marijuana due to violence, drug harm and irresponsible use. Why?  Marijuana is a conscience use and to be honest me and my fellow guards can't stop anything, we will try but majority of the time we cant and thats just reality.
Teachers:  My perspective as a teacher is to not legalise marijuana, because of the fact that if marijuana becomes legal we won’t be able to stay focused on teaching our students what they need to know to become successful in the future.

Teenagers: In my perspective as a teenager I think marijuana should not be legalised because I think that if marijuana becomes legal a lot more teenagers will become smokers and won’t be focused on succeeding in the future, and also because if marijuana does become legalised most teenagers that have problems might turn to using marijuana as a way of figuring out or ignoring their problems instead of communicating with others to try and figure out their problems.

If I was ...

If I was the prime minister of new Zealand i would solve the meth issue in new  Zealand by...

If i was the prime minister of new Zealand id sentence them 10 or maybe 12 years+ in prison for the drug use of meth, Meth is an illegal substance in new Zealand obviously drug dealers dont wanna know but it is a continuous use in our community. We need to make it stop, But how? The police just can’t arrest the way out of this. The thing is, you arrest someone who is a meth addict and throwing them in jail isn’t going to solve the problem. To be honest Id really like to see drug users clean. Put them in rehab or a programme to help them quit.

Initial thoughts on the cannabis debate.

This term we are studying the debate about legalizing marijuana in New Zealand, at this stage my opinion on legalizing is a big fat no, Marijuana is a addictive getaway drug.

The main question I have is " Why should New Zealand legalize marijuana?"

1) Does it cure cancer?
2) is it illegal?
3) what are the side effects?
4) Easy access?

Self efficacy

Image result for self efficacy
- What have you learned about self-efficacy? efficacy?
Self-efficacy is defined as one's belief in one's ability to successfully execute any given task. I have learnt that self efficacy is ones beliefs,  If you think your smart you are going to be and act smart if you think your dumb you will act and be dumb. Self efficacy is where its at.
Why is self-efficacy important to you and your success
Self efficacy is important to me because it matters how Im going to be and how Im going to act, It has effected me in many ways such as my behavior. Last week I had some beliefs that I did not want to do pe because I felt like it wasn't going to be fun or just cause i didn't want to do it, that demonstrated pessimistic self talk basically saying that you dont want to do this because its your beliefs and basically like that You see yourself not wanting to do it because it seems dumb that would be my self efficacy not wanting to do that.I have learned that self efficacy gives me motivation and that it is very life changing.

Consent? What is it?

: Consent is a free agreement that is made between 2 pupils or more, consent could also mean yes an enthusiastic yes which is a definite yes.

Bystanders

: Bystanders are people who know that something is going on like something bad and well since they know about it they can do something to stop whats going on. Majority of the time most bystanders do nothing because they dont wanna get themselves into trouble so they dont do anything that is called a Passive bystander ( someone who does nothing)

Laws

: what is the law for having sex? when your under the age of 16 you are not legal to have sex as the law says "16 years or older if they agree to have sex with you"

The 4 steps to consent
:     ASK
First of all ask yourself what you are keen to do sexually. Ask the person you are with the same thing

LISTEN
Listen for ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ messages from yourself and the other person.

RESPECT

Respect the person you are asking to do sexual stuff with. You might be keen to be sexual with them

REFLECT

This means looking back on something that has happened and thinking about how it made you feel

Would you like to know why we drink water, I will give you many facts as to why we should drink water.

Water helps you to concentrate while driving and studying. Water contains oxygen and hydrogen. What is oxygen  a ,colourless odourless reactive gas, the chemical element of atomic number 8 and the life-supporting component of the air. You're probably wondering what hydrogen means, hydrogen means a colourless, odourless, highly flammable gas, the chemical element.

Drinking water keeps you healthy  Drinking enough water everyday can help reduce heart disease and cancer. Water helps flush toxins out of your body, and the fewer toxins that come into contact with your  bladder, and other organs, the less chance of you getting sick. Water can wash and clean in and outside of your body. Water can also moisturize your skin and you can lose weight so by drinking water can do a lot of things.

If you do not drink water you will become sick and prevent constipation water can also replace lost fluids during exercise. The average person could live without food for nearly a month, but we could only survive about one week without water that’s how essential water is to human life.

Water makes up approximately 70% of a human’s body weight but don't stop drinking water to lose weight.Without water, your body would stop working properly. Water makes up more than half of your body weight, and a person can't survive for more than a few days without it. Why? Your body has lots of important jobs and it needs water to do many of them. For instance, your blood, which contains a lot of water, carries oxygen to all the cells of your body. Without oxygen, those tiny cells would die and your body would stop working.

I trust that I have given you many facts beyond doubt as to why we drink water.
